Welcome to join YME Marine Supply Station Members of this website (hereinafter referred to as this website).
When you register as a member or start using various member services, it is deemed that you have fully reviewed, understood and agreed to these Member Service Terms and agree to abide by the following agreements.
If you are a minor under the age of 20 or a person who, under the laws of the Republic of China, requires prior consent from a third party before exercising rights or assuming obligations, you must obtain the consent of your parent, guardian, or such third party before registering and using the Member Services. Completing registration will be deemed to indicate that your guardian has fully reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
Member registration obligations and use of member services
For first-time ordering, you must first register as a member and provide correct, up-to-date and complete information according to the registration process. If there are any changes, please notify customer service immediately.
Please keep your account safe and do not disclose, lend or transfer it. If it is used fraudulently, please notify customer service immediately.
If you provide false information or use an invalid credit card for transactions, the company is not responsible for any damages caused and reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service.
The Company will only use member information for the needs of this website and marketing statistical analysis, and will not use it for any other purpose. Privacy will be protected in accordance with the law.

Order related
After the order is placed, the detailed information will be sent via email, and the actual shipment is still subject to the supply status.
If you need to change or cancel your order after confirmation, please contact customer service immediately. If you refuse without reason, this website has the right to suspend or terminate your membership service.
Return/Exchange
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act , goods purchased through telecom transactions have a cooling-off period of 7 days from the day after the goods arrive. The contract can be terminated within 7 days without giving a reason or incurring any fees.
Due to food hygiene and safety, except for defective products, returned or exchanged products must be new and unopened. Products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the product is defective, damaged or missing within 7 days of receipt, please notify us in writing or return the product and keep your contact information. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
The returned goods must include gifts, accessories, packaging and relevant legal documents (such as physical invoices, discount notes), otherwise we have the right to refuse to accept it.
Other agreements
The Company reserves the right to change product pricing, specifications, discounts, etc. and announce them without further notice; confirmed orders will not be affected.
The company may add, reduce or cancel membership service features. Please pay attention to announcements at any time.
If the shipment is delayed due to force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc., it is not within the scope of delay liability.
In addition to these Terms, the transaction conditions, restrictions and instructions shown on the product sales webpage and ordering process are also part of the contract.
All payment currencies are in New Taiwan Dollars.
Transaction disputes are based on the electronic transaction information on the website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Members agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the relevant provisions of this website. Matters not otherwise agreed upon shall be handled in accordance with the laws, relevant regulations, and practices of the Republic of China. In the event of any dispute, the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
