one,   Purchase and transportation

(1) How to purchase?

1-1 Add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart three days before the ship arrives in Hong Kong.

1-2 Please leave your [email address, name, LINE ID , ship number, ship docking area ( Taipei Port South / North ) and pick-up date and time] in the contact information field. If your ship docking time changes after you place your order, please click the official LINE contact to inform customer service of the change.

1-3 Select shipping fee based on the total weight of the purchased goods > Checkout and payment ~ to complete the order process.

Note : For example, if the ferry arrives in port on the evening of September 18th , please place your order before 6 PM on September 15th .

(2) How is the shipping cost calculated?

• Orders under 10 kg - shipping fee 150 yuan
• Orders weighing 10-20 kg or less - shipping fee : 180 yuan

Note: For bulk purchases exceeding 20 kg, please click the official LINE link in the bottom right corner to confirm the shipping method with us.

(3) Delivery method : Delivery to the ship at your ship's port call time.

(4) Delivery time : 3 days after you place your order, in accordance with your ship's arrival time, a dedicated person will deliver it to the ship.

(5) Delivery areas : Taipei Gangbei District and South District

(6) Delivery time : 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday

Note : During holidays or festivals, if there are a large number of orders or force majeure events, shipments may be delayed. If we are unable to arrange delivery, customer service will contact you to process a refund.

II. Return Policy

(1) Regarding the product appreciation period

Except for perishable food products with a short shelf life (expiring soon upon return / cancellation), opened audio-visual products or computer software, and opened personal hygiene products, which are not subject to the 7- day appreciation period under the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Communication Transactions", you have a 7-day appreciation period ( including holidays) from the time the product arrives in your hands.

(2) Return period

If you need to return an item, please contact customer service at service@ymeservice.com within 7 days of receiving the item and provide your "Name", "Order Number", "Contact Number", "Name of Item to be Returned", "Reason for Return" and photos. Customer service will assist you with the return process after receiving your information.

(3) Return Policy

Returned goods must be unused and free from damage or malfunction caused by non-human factors. The 7- day inspection period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is only for you to consider and confirm whether the product meets your needs, not a trial period. Please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer cardboard box), otherwise returns will not be accepted.

(4) Returns are not accepted in the following situations:

* Product appreciation period exceeding 7 days.

Foods that are perishable and have a short shelf life (expiring soon upon return/cancellation) .

* The product has been opened and used, or has been damaged due to human factors, such as: soiling, malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, abrasions, or dirt.

* Returned goods with damaged or incomplete packaging or missing accessories.

( 5) Refund Instructions

* The refund amount only includes the purchase price of the returned item itself, excluding shipping costs or other related handling fees when the original order was shipped.

* Returned goods must be handed over to a YME delivery specialist within 7 days of receipt, upon the ship's arrival at port. After the package returns to the warehouse, quality inspection and refund processing will be completed within 2-3 days. A "Return Completion Notification" will be sent to your member email address at that time. Due to varying credit card billing cycles, the actual refund time depends on the individual bank; please check your recent one or two credit card statements.
